Cancellation Policy
All reservations must made by September 18, 2025. After this date new reservations are subject to availability. Reservation changes can continue to be submitted online or in writing via email to [email protected] until September 18, 2025 at 5:00 pm (ET). After this date, you must contact your assigned hotel directly. If you need to cancel your reservation(s), you must do so at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled check-in date. If you do not cancel your hotel reservation(s) at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled check-in date or if you fail to check-in on your confirmed check-in date, your first night's room and tax will not be refunded.
