The Congress Planning Committee and Poster Coordinator cordially invites abstract proposals for poster presentations at the 50th Annual SOHN Congress. This year's Congress’ theme will be “Celebrating 50 Years of Legacy, Innovation, and ORL Nursing Excellence” and will be hosted by The Starr Center in Boston, MA on October 8-11, 2026.
Poster Abstract Information:
Submission Deadline: August 1, 2025
Applications should be submitted electronically by August 1, in order to be considered for poster awards. Posters will be accepted on a rolling basis, and primary authors will be notified of the poster acceptance within 1 month of submission

- Late submission will not be eligible for the Poster awards but may be considered for inclusion in the Congress program.
- Mentorship for poster submissions is available.
- A PDF of the poster presentation must be submitted to Headquarters by September 1.

- Evidence-Base Practice
- Quality Improvement
- Education

Poster categories include Research, Evidence-Base Practice, Quality Improvement, and Education. Please consider submitting a poster abstract to represent the valuable contributions in ORL nursing. If submitted by August 1st, your poster will be considered for a $100 award!

Poster awards will be presented at Congress. Attendance is encouraged. The poster awards are made possible through the contributions given to the Ear, Nose, and Throat Nursing Foundation to support SOHN members committed to advancing the practice and science of ORL nursing.
